That's a little broad, perhaps you can provide some more specifics, as you can't assume that everyone knows what is, or has used, zendesk. Nor what data it holds. Nor what analysis you want to do.

Youre right, um i can give you an example: there is for each template tags, i would realy like to make a bar gragh that shows how many times we used each tag.  
In general i just want to take all the data that i can from zendesk and analyze it better than what zendesk present in its website.
