Hi there, I cannot find a docker version of 1.28.2 at observability/apm-agent-java | Docker @ Elastic. Is it on its way?

Yes, it's the next thing on my list, unfortunately due to performance issues on Maven central publication we had to do parts of the release manually, it's expected to be available in the next few hours.
