@alanstorm tried with instrument: false and the code works without the GET unknown route on the transaction name.
But we want to have the instrument: false because we do our instrumentation manually on all our projects following this feature https://github.com/elastic/apm-agent-nodejs/pull/1114 this is working until now with koa and koa-router we get this behavior of GET unknown route
