I directed Robbert here because that seems to be a RUM-API config problem cascading. With your feedback, it sounds like we're thinking it's a bug for the RUM-API, so my apologies for redirecting. I'm consolidating history & will escalate to Dev tagging you so you have the full picture (this + private data).

After, we can share the TLDR resolution path for people googling this thread!
