It seems to me that the line filebeat.config.modules is missing a : at the end of the line. But please format the config, without formatting I cannot see other errors (e.g. whitespace problems).

I had resolved the issue and i'm not sure what the root cause. i reload the default config taken from github, uncomment output.kafka and follow by comment output.elasticsearch before it works it is not so simple for a beginner to start and require every change to test...including syntax.
