Mutate function not working (Logstash 6.2.4)

I can see the data output in command line like this without the mutation function:

But with mutation function, i can't see any data in command line.
That's way i suggest that the mutation function is not working on my pc.
Maybe a configuration issue?

Hi,

The problem with mutate function is resolved now.
In fact, as suggested by @magnusbaeck, the prb was due to the "sincedb" parameter in logstash config.
So i add the sincedb in my config (in order to delete the file generated when i modified the config), and deleted all index, indices in ES, and reloaded the file CSV,
and this time, i can see the data sent to ES like below:
