Can you share the lost log entries before filebeat shuts down?
These are last entries.
That is somehow strange as I would expect if Filebeat shuts down to see some shutdown messages. Could it be that something on your system kills filebeat?
This is the exact same issue I am having with Alpha 3, only my service doesn't stop...
