1.30.1 is available now, please can you confirm it works for you without the issue happening?

@Jack_Shirazi thanks! Initial tests suggest that the bug is indeed fixed. The service has been running with the new agent for 16 hours now and I didn't see the previous lockups relating to Redis.

Span compression still works, I checked that in Kibana :slight_smile:
