400 Error on Version 1.5.0

I receive periodic messages such as -

:message=>"failed action with response of 400, dropping action:

I cannot seem to locate that in any documentation. Is this because of a busy elastic cluster?

400 is a bad request, you'd have to see what the message contained and then have a look in your ES logs to find out what happened.
