Elasticsearch beyonder provides automatic index, mapping, alias or template creation
when an elasticsearch client starts.
Changes in this version include:

- Move CI to Travis
Changes:
- Update to elasticsearch 2.1.0 (still compatible with 2.0.x)
- Use SLF4J API instead of LOG4J2
