"throughput" viz: why the line is not continue ? we run a quite busy web site but data is totally discontinue

Have you by any chance enabled metrics via the kibana setting xpack.apm.searchAggregatedTransactions ?
If so, that explains what you are seeing here and will be fixed by this PR (hopefully landing in 7.14)
Yes the setup was correct, all charts was ok expect this one.
I switch off searchAggregatedTransactions both on APM & Kibana, this is ok now. So I will switch on with next release, thanks you.
