APM server doesn't reflect output from Fleet Settings

Hi,

I have configured proper URL in Fleet Settings Outputs:

I used fleet to install apm agents via a policy to some nodes. The output section of the apm_server.yml doesn't refletct the value from above and is still set to http://localhost:9200

Is there anything I'm missing?

It doesn't use the apm-server.yml configuration file if you are running APM server through Fleet.
