Hmm, I'm sorry I'm not so familiar with TSVB. I tried some but I could not reproduce the error message "The request for this panel failed" and completely works fine in my environment.
You may post another topic to debug the failure. It would be appreciated if you could identify the minimum stuff to reproduce the problem and shere the stuff.
