Building offline plugin pack for logstash-codec-avro is not working?

I am trying to build an offline plugin pack for logstash-codec-avro. I keep getting the following message. "ERROR: Cannot create the offline archive, message: cannot find plugin matching: 'logstash-codec-avro'" Not sure if the name has changed or if i am doing something wrong.

I am executing the following command from the bin directory of my logstash intallation

logstash-plugin prepare-offline-pack logstash-codec-avro

Help needed.

This is working now. I had to install it on my local machine and then perform an offline pack.
