Can we index images with extension types like .jpeg,.img,jpg in elasticsearch?

Could you try with something like:

path: "/Progra~1/Tesseract-OCR/tesseract.exe"

Or Add C:/Program Files/Tesseract-OCR/ to your windows system path and then use just:

ocr:
    enabled: true
