Cancel the data columns

Elastic Stack Logstash

use dev tool put index
second
use bin/logstash -f /data/logstash_csv.conf data into Elasticsearch

but data shows what not included columns

such like
@timestamp
@version
_id
_index
_score
_type
_doc
host
message
image
image

how can I cancel the columns
I dont want the columns in Elasticsearch
