Is there a central repository to follow for Elastic documentation, especially if I want to start a translation effort?
Not really. All of the docs are scattered in the repository of the thing being documented.
I sense that also means there is no current effort to merge them into a central repository? I was hoping to start an effort to translate the documentation into Turkish but I guess that can't happen any time soon.
