Centralised pipeline management : separate filter + output pipeline

Hi ,

We have a tcp input plugin listening on a port. I have few applications pushing logs to this pipeline .I am just wondering if its possible to create another pipeline with just filter and output section. My pipeline is getting really long with multiple grok sections .
