Looks like you configured the output in kibana.yml file, hence it cannot be modified from Kibana Fleet UI. Please choose one or the other.

Can you remove xpack.fleet.outputs from kibana.yml and then configure the output in the Kibana > Fleet settings UI? You have to restart kibana after you have made the changes in kibana.yml.
