Character '-' (dash) not recognizing by plugin path

Hi there,

I'm try to put a filename in input of logstash as this:
//path => "path/to/my/dir/filename*.log

but it isn't working. I made some tests, and I figure out that when the file has a '-' (dash) character in its filename, the plugin cannot recognize it.

example of file: filename-2018-10-12.log

you guys can try it...

PS: I'm using logstash on windows

my version of logstash is the latests by this date.
