Convert IP Address fro Hexidecimal to Normal Format

Hello,

I have records/logs messages that have fields with a single IP address in them, however the IP addresses are in hexidecimal format. How can I convert those to regular IP address format?

For example:
AP_TTRIP = Field Name
00000000000000000000FFFFBC166D2A = Field Value

(No this is not an actual IP address that I use)
