Convert time according to timezone

as for +0100 timezone we use :
match => ["timestamp", "yyyy-MMM-dd HH:mm:ss"]
target => "@timestamp"
timezone => "Europe/Berlin"

what to use for +0200 timezone

a help would be really appreciated
