Data not diplayed with filebeat

Hello,

I have created a new document_type in my filebeat configuration. I specified no template matching it, hoping data would have been shew natively in kibana (yes, i am new..). But nothing appears, even the index was not created.

Do i have to edit the "filebeat.template.json" or how can i add my own template *.json file in my filebeat configuration?
