If not, how i connect my external events to Security>Detect>Alerts?

Hi @VitorBarroso, detection alerts are available under the Basic license you can find the available features under the Basic license in this link under "Elastic Security".

You can create Detection rules as described in our documentation in order to generate alerts based on your external events. Let us know if we can provide any additional help.
