Disable automatic fields appended to fields.yml

Dear all,

I've tried to upgrade on of our beat to v7.x of libbeat.

I've got the surprise that in the generated fields.yml, there are very lot of automatically generated fields that we don't need from the following categories : ecs, beat, cloud, docker, host, kubernetes, process, jolokia-autodiscover.

Fact is that automatically, this add as fields in the kibana settings and is polluting a lot as we know we will never populate them.

How can I deactivate them ?
