Display pr-BR Content in the strings in Kibana

Some of my input strings are written in Brazilian Portuguese.
The punctuation characters are displayed as gibberish.

For example: ORGANIZACAOGRUPOCOORDENADOR	       	Sustenta��o

The value should be: Sustentação

How can I solve that problem?

Load from csv

The csv file contains words/strings in Brazil Portuguese.

I am using : codec => plain { charset=>"ASCII-8BIT" } in the input
