@hyhong can you explain a little bit about what you're trying to achieve? It's a bit hard to answer your question without understanding what your motivation.
The APM agents are generally concerned with higher level operations, like HTTP requests. That happens to operate over TCP (at least until HTTP/3!), but the transport layer isn't particularly relevant to APM.
