Does Winlogbeat captures previous data?

Hello!

I just want to ask if winlogbeat also sends/collect previous data before it was installed?

Like for example I just install the winlogbeat in my machine today, does it also collect all the data in windows event log from the previous days?

Unless you configure the ignore_older setting it will ship all logs (including the old ones).
