Duplicate entries from logstash exec plugin

Hello All ,

We are using exec plugin in logstash to run a batch file for every 5 mins and send it to Elastic search. But weirdly we are observing duplicate entries intermittently . Kindly find the attached screenshot for reference entries at 09:51 and 09:56. I checked in logs but i don't see any informative message.
