ES is working fine.
Readiness had issue, which was waiting for cluster health to be green, but ES health is generally yellow in case of single node.
So because readiness was not successful, the ready state was 0/1 and due to this the ES service clusterIP was not accessible by kibana and fluentd.
Fixing the readiness to look for both green and yellow health worked for me
