it is works but in the browser i see that :

localhost didn’t send any data.

Is the broswer on the same host as elasticsearch?
What exact URL did you put in the browser?
Are you trying to access elasticsearch or kibana?

It is a self signed cert so you should get a SSL warning.

How are you trying on the browser? Are you explicitly trying https://localhost:9200 or you just typed localhost:9200?

ok it is work the problem of antivirus that bloc the acces to the url
