Email output font format

I want to define the font size of email subject while sending email as output.
How can I achieve it.

for eg: The word Warning should be font size bold and remaining shall be 10 regular
Like : Subject => Warning !!! System unavailable.

Email headers like Subject don't carry any formatting. It's plain text.

Please see the small r in "Report". I am not sure how the font is different from other small "r".

I also don't know why that "r" renders in a weird way, but the fact remains that the subject field is plain text.
