How do we enable topology map view mentioned in the packetbeat documentation on website in live demo ?

Unfortunately the topology map is not available in Kibana 4.x and 5.x, so you need to use an older version of Kibana to visualize it. Here you can find more details: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/packetbeat/1.2/_viewing_the_topology_diagram.html.
