I have configured different prospectors to collect different kind of log on the same machine. As the urgency of each logs are different, is it possible to make the filebeat to collect certain kind of log first before other logs?
Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment. Could you please share a bit more about your use case? Why do you need to collect some logs earlier than others?
Let say there are two different logs collected from the machine. One of them is system log and the other log is trading log. We want to see the trading log on kibana after it comes out as soon as possible. And we see the system log just occasionally. We have limited the resource to the filebeat so it collects log not very quickly. I find out the delay of the trade log is much longer than that of system log. So I want to change that.
