Hi,
You are combining a custom track repository using --track-repository=zqc with --track=http_logs. Normally http_logs lives under the default repository (and --track-repository doesn't need to be specified). Unless you have copied http_logs into your own track repository this won't work.
Can you paste your ~/.rally/rally.ini (please remove any credentials from there if needed)?
