Establishing connection between Filbeat configured in AWS instance and Logstash in my localhost

I configured Filebeat in an AWS instance to harvest logs saved in efs and send to Logstash configured in my localhost (Windows). I started the Filebeat in the instance and ELK in my localhost. There is a way to establish the connection between Filebeat and Logstash.
