@jsoriano Thanks, currently I want to go from filebeat --> kafka. After reading yourgithub issue, I still don't quite understand how to add a _id parameter?

Yes, as I said it is not possible at the moment to add a unique id to events from Beats, the issue is a request for this, but is still open.
