Filbert get the timestamp from the filename

Hello,I'am new in Filebeat and now I get a problem.
My log file's name like 11073101_20190811.txt :school number_yyyymmdd.txt
and the content like 00:15:34,109.75.53.176 :hh:mm:ss,IP
How can I get the timestamp from the filename and the content together
