Is there a document for the procedure of silent installation/uninstallation of FileBeat?
Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by "silent"? Filebeat is typically installed by simply extracting the distributed package, and uninstalled by deleting the directory again. Since beats are intended to be immediately usable as a standalone package with no dependencies, there is no formal installation process (other than editing the default configuration in filebeat.yml to match your system).
