I'm newbie in elasticsearch,
My first question is there are any software that can test the prformance of logstash and filebeat?
Second question is if filebeat unable to access logstash and the command line display "ERR Connecting error publishing events (retrying): dial tcp 127.0.0.1:5044: connectex: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it", I wonder this error line will affect the entire server performance or not? For exp: Server with 2 core and 2GB ram.
The performance of your setup heavily depends on all the config options and your machines. So it is best to test it with your setup and some real world data.
For the above error: If you see the error constantly, there are probably no events sent. Check the search on discuss, as there already quite a few topics solving this issue.
