Filebeat causes duplicate entries / clearing up

Good evening,

I have a problem with the data in the ELK sent to me by Filebeat. I now have loads of duplicate entries.

After configuring bulk_max_size to 1024, creating duplicate entries has stopped, but I'd like to clean up the index.

Could someone please help me here?
