filebeat往Central Management 注册失败后第二次注册会提示empty access_token

filebeat enroll http://192.168.10.161:5601 --username elastic --password stdin
Enter password:
Error while enrolling: empty access_token

不管是用kibana生成的token url注册还是以用户密码的方式注册，后面都会提示Error while enrolling: empty access_token，但是在kibana/management 下又看不到注册的主机名
