Is there a chance to clean the state of file or filebeat won't re-read the file again after the close_eof is reached? How?

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. Could you try to rephrase the question or add more context about the problem you are trying to solve.
When close_eof is enabled Filebeat will close its file descriptor when the end-of-file is reached.
When an inode is cleaned from the registry, and then Filebeat reads it again it will treat it as new.
