Filebeat log filename when using recursive *.log filter

I was wondering if there is a way to log the source filename of each file filebeat collects logs from without manually specifying fields for each file individually.

This information is reported in the source field.

Must be an issue with my grok filter or gelf template, I'm getting source as the hostname of the box. Thanks!
