Filebeat netflow module multiple host

Hi everyone
In my system i have a multiple network equipment that need to push log to elasticsearch
I have install filebeat on a seperate server and enable netflow module to collect log.
So can i ask how to type in multiple server in the host section to collect all the log from all the server
