Filebeat plugin to send Varnish log

Is there any plugin to send my varnish logs to logstash to parse and display on my Kibana dashboard? If yes, please give me the link or how to e=install it.

I assume you mean a Filebeat module for Varnish? We unfortunately don't have one yet: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/filebeat/current/filebeat-modules-overview.html

But you can still tail the varnish logs with filebeat and create your own grok ingest processor.
