Filebeat process exits daily automatically

Hi,

The filebeat process exits automatically everyday. I manually start it every day for the agent to start shipping.
The command I use to start the process is

sudo nohup ./filebeat -c /etc/filebeat/filebeat.yml -e &

Really appreciate any help in identifying where I go wrong.

Any reason for not using our init script or systemd unit files? Daemonizing go programs can be a little tricky, so nohup might be not enough.

Oh ok I did not know we can start it via init. Sorry relatively new to elk stack. I will try using init script to start it and will let you know the result. Appreciate your help.
