Filebeat start too long when registry is too large

My registry is about 13M. When I restart Filebeat, It spends about 2 hours before start Harvester.

Have you set the option clean_removed? If not, see its documentation here: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/filebeat/master/filebeat-input-log.html#filebeat-input-log-clean-removed

I have set the option clean_removed, but a large number of new files are produced every day, and these files must be keeped on server for 7 days.
