Filebeat stops sending logs when load balancing is enabled and second node unavailable

Hello
I have two nodes. If one of them becomes unavailable the filebeat stops sending logs to both nodes.
This looks like a bug https://github.com/elastic/beats/issues/1829 but it`s already fixed(in which version?)
My Filebeat version filebeat version 6.4.2 (amd64), libbeat 6.4.2.
