In response to this previous topic.
Documentation mentions tomcat Access logs.
This is a module for receiving Apache Tomcat access logs over Syslog or a file.
I believe this is not correct and should just be just tomcat logs since this example used in the filebeat module show a different type of logging.
Also i think for tomcat access log you also can use the apache module(access log).
Maybe this is the new a new style of logging in tomcat(no expert on it) but it then should then be noted with version numbers.
